Our Story

Herah Organics uses naturally sourced raw materials to make skincare products. These are safe products for the skin and we aim to have them in every home.

The founders of Herah Organics Ltd, Rachel Juliet Mujawimana, a pharmaceutical scientist and researcher, and her sister Daphine Mwubaha, an IT specialist noticed that there was shortage of quality, natural and sustainable skincare products in Uganda. Using her knowledge in chemistry and natural ingredients, Rachel has formulated natural skincare products including body creams, butters, oils, balms, scrubs, amongst others that nourish the skin and keep it hydrated using locally sourced raw materials. The major ingredient in the creams and butters is Vitellaria nilotica shea butter, that grows only in the northern part of the country.

The consumers of Herah Organics Ltd products are majorly health conscious individuals who believe also value environmental conservation through practices such as recycling their packaging materials.

The company’s product line has grown from one product to seven products which include butters, creams and lipbalms. These are sold online and in selected pharmacies located in Kampala, the capital city of Uganda.

Herah organics Ltd continues to innovate and produce quality products that will eventually serve natural skincare users globally.
